Version 1
My first version of this concept. I don't think the blade mount will work if its printed from wood PLA.
Version 2
Second version and the one that I did my first test print of. The print was a failure due to the fact that I got the tolerance on the hinge wrong and I didn't have the infill high enough so the print disintegrated before I could properly photograph it.
Hinge Test
A test for the different hinges to find the correct tolerance for the PLA.
The correct tolerance was 0.8mm for a small amount of resistance or 1mm for no resistance.
Version 3
A text print of both my handle and the first version of the spring and blade mount. All parts were failures. The PLA parts had the wrong holes for the spring part so I had to make modifications to get them to fit. The spring part's Agilus broke at the hinges in under 2 days. The blade mount was the wrong size so none of my blades fit.-

Version 4
A photo of my final model that didn't quite make to cut to be handed in all of the parts printed correctly but the Agilus doesn't provide enough resistance to make the movement work properly.
